Refund & Cancellation Policy
What’s your return & refund policy?
We have a 7 day return & 15 day replacement/exchange policy. Mint Vault does not have a cash refund policy. However, we would be happy to exchange your product or provide you with Mint Vault store credit. The store credit value will be the same amount as that of the product you purchased.
What if I get a damaged product?
We do perform “Quality Check” on all our shipping and packaging processes, but in rare circumstances, if you do receive a damaged, defective/wrong product or an incomplete order, simply get in touch with us within 24 hours of receiving your order with pictures and we can either replace or provide you with store credit.
